Palestinian Resistance confronts IOF in Tal al-Hawa and Khan Younis (Military Media)

The Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip is waging concentrated battles in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City and in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, where it is targeting the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) and their vehicles, inflicting losses among their ranks.

For the 317th day, the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip continues to confront the Israeli occupation forces’ incursion into the Gaza Strip, with battles concentrated in Gaza City and Khan Younis, in the south of the Strip.

In the details of its operations on Sunday, the Al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of Hamas - targeted an Israeli infantry force consisting of 10 soldiers with an anti-personnel bomb in the vicinity of the university in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

Al-Qassam published footage of the raid on the Israeli occupation forces located in the Netzarim Axis, south of the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood.

In turn, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades bombarded the IOF and their vehicles in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood with a barrage of mortar shells.

In the same context, Al-Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that the IOF is trying to penetrate again through the southern outskirts of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

Qualitative operations in Khan Younis

In the southern Gaza Strip, al-Qassam fighters were able to detonate a barrel bomb and another shock bomb after the IOF dismounted from vehicles west of the Al-Hawouz area west of Hamad City, north of Khan Younis, killing and wounding them.

For its part, the al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement - bombarded with a barrage of mortar shells a gathering of IOF vehicles and soldiers who had penetrated the vicinity of the Al-Jiya neighborhood in the Al-Matahen area, north of Khan Younis.

The brigades also bombed the command and control headquarters of the IOF that penetrated the vicinity of Hill 86 northeast of Khan Younis.

It also bombed with a barrage of regular mortar shells a gathering of IOF and vehicles who had penetrated north of Hamad City, west of Khan Younis, in addition to bombing the Mars military site with a barrage of rockets.

For its part, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades shelled the occupation soldiers and their military vehicles that had penetrated the Al-Matahen area, north of Khan Younis, with mortar shells.

It also bombarded the IOF and their military vehicles that penetrated west of Hamad City, northwest of Khan Younis, with a barrage of mortar shells.

This comes as the occupation forces are trying to infiltrate again into the Al-Qarara area in Khan Younis, amid fierce clashes with the resistance, according to what Al-Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

Israeli helicopters evacuate troops from Gaza after deadly operations

The Palestinian Resistance attacked Israeli occupation forces invading and occupying axes in the Gaza Strip on Saturday.

Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades detonated two anti-personnel improvised explosive devices (IEDs) into two Israeli military utility vehicles in Tal al-Hawa, a southern neighborhood in Gaza City. Tal al-Hawa has come under multiple Israeli raids in the past months, as occupation forces struggle to assert operational control over the area to the north of the strategic Netzarim Axis.

After detonating the two IEDs, al-Qassam fighters engaged the occupation soldiers present at the point of the ambush with automatic weapons. The Brigades reported that Israeli military rescue helicopters landed nearby to evacuate the Israeli casualties.

The Israeli military command announced that a reservist officer and the commander of the administrative support company of the 16th Infantry Brigade's 8119th Batallion were killed, with the officer being killed in the IEDs planted by al-Qassam fighters on Saturday.

Later on Saturday, the Israeli military command announced that another soldier from the same battalion was killed in the Tal al-Hawa ambush. The soldier was part of a convoy to supply troops to Israeli occupation forces raiding the al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City with equipment.

Israeli occupation forces said that Resistance fighters who opened fire on the convoy were able to safely withdraw after conducting the attack.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad's (PIJ) al-Quds Brigades launched a rocket attack on the Re'im military site in the Gaza Envelope on Saturday.

Its fighters also engaged Israeli occupation forces invading the northern neighborhoods of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip and also detonated a previously planted high-explosive IED in eastern Gaza City into an Israeli military vehicle in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
