Head of Al-Fatah Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri

The head of Al-Fatah Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri, confirmed Monday, that the judiciary's decisions to invalidate some polling stations will affect the results of the elections.

During his meeting with a delegation from the Turkmen Front headed by Hassan Turan, al-Amiri explained that the judiciary invalidated polling stations that did not close at 6 pm.

This will lead to the invalidation of more than 10,000 stations, which form 18% of the total stations in Iraq according to al-Amiri.

He noted that about 4000 stations were canceled due to the presence of repetitive fingerprints.

Al-Amiri pointed out that this decision will make a significant change in the results of the elections.

The two parties also affirmed that the electoral commission's mismanagement of the electoral process and repetitive violations resulted in the current political chaos.

Earlier, the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, confirmed that " election fraud has not been proven so far by any evidence that is considered legal," while referring to the investigation concerning the assassination of the Prime Minister and the targeting of demonstrators in the vicinity of the Green Zone.
