Cairo meeting concludes with agreement on Gaza ceasefire monitoring

Representatives from Egypt, Palestine, Qatar, the United States, and "Israel" have agreed to form an operational headquarters in Cairo to coordinate and monitor compliance with the recently brokered Gaza ceasefire agreement.
