Luhansk revealed that mercenaries are arriving in southeastern Ukraine disguised as military instructors.

A military spokesperson of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Ivan Filiponenko, revealed Tuesday that the Ukrainian special services are preparing a "staged terrorist attack" with civilian casualties at one of the facilities in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions.

"The undercover intelligence of the People's Militia of the LPR received data about the preparation of a staged high-profile terrorist act with numerous casualties among the civilian population at one of the industrial or social facilities in Kharkov, Luhansk or Donetsk regions by the Ukrainian special services," Filiponenko told reporters.

Mercenaries in Ukraine disguised as foreign military instructors

A few days ago, Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Head, Leonid Pasechnik, revealed that mercenaries are arriving in southeastern Ukraine disguised as military instructors.

"This is not a secret at all, it is official data that hundreds of foreign instructors from NATO countries are on a rotational basis on the territory of Ukraine... In addition, outright mercenaries also arrive in Ukraine under the guise of instructors," Pasechnik pointed out.

He added that when Western countries say they're sending 200 instructors to Kiev along with equipment and weapons in order to help "train" Ukraine's soldiers, it is likely these trainers are "narrow specialists from military companies" who may use these weapons on the front in Donbas.

Pasechnik added that since 2015, the CIA has been training specialists to organize a guerrilla movement in Ukraine.

He further revealed that the CIA trains these Ukrainians at military bases for organizing underground movements, maintaining conspiracies, recruitment, conducting sabotage operations, and using non-military means as weapons.

For its part, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said it observed some 120,000 Ukrainian troops near the line of contact in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

The Donetsk People's Republic has denied allegations that it is preparing an offensive of any sort.

The Ukrainian military buildup comes as Ukraine and the West accuse Russia of its own military buildup on its borders with Ukraine.

Russia insists that it has no intention of attacking any country, seeing the Western accusations as a pretext to deploy more NATO military equipment close to Russia's borders.
