The coalition seized the diesel ship Cornet and the gasoline ship Sea Hart, despite obtaining entry permits and being inspected by the United Nations.

The Yemeni Petroleum Company (YCP) reported on Thursday that the Saudi coalition seized two additional fuel vessels and prevented them from reaching the port of Al-Hudaydah.

The coalition seized the diesel ship Cornet and the gasoline ship Sea Hart, despite obtaining entry permits and being inspected by the United Nations, the YCP spokesperson Issam Yahya Al-Mutawakel told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).

The number of fuel ships seized by the coalition has increased to 4 ships, Al-Mutawakel added, holding the coalition and the United Nations responsible for Riyadh's continued piracy and detention of oil derivatives ships, causing financial penalties incurred by the Yemeni people and compounding their suffering.

The company announced on Wednesday that the coalition forces detained the diesel ship Princess Khadija and prevented it from reaching Al-Hudaydah port, despite obtaining a UN entry permit.

In the same context, the Saudi coalition seized on September 13 the gasoline ship Rudubi, the YCP announced.

It is noteworthy that the truce between Sanaa and the coalition has not yet been renewed, although it expired on October 2.
