In yet another Israeli violation of the ceasefire agreement and Lebanon's sovereignty, the eastern neighborhood of al-Khiam in southern Lebanon, including the town square and a school, was heavily bombarded by Israeli artillery and phosphorus weapons, resulting in widespread destruction across the area. Israeli occupation forces also struck the outskirts of Kfarsir and Qaaqaiyat al-Jisr. Moreover, an Israeli drone dropped grenades on a house and a café in the center of Houla.
