The Turkish people united in a powerful display of solidarity as they took to the streets of Istanbul, holding torches and Palestine's flag and raising their voices in support of Palestine's freedom. Moreover, participants prominently displayed cut-out pictures of Netanyahu and Biden, painted in red to symbolize the blood of thousands of Palestinians shed at their hands. Starting their march at the historic Mihrimah Sultan Mosque in Edirnekapi, they traversed the streets of Istanbul, demanding an end to the Israeli war on Gaza, until they reached Eyupsultan Square.
